We are thrilled that you will join us in 2013! Everything you need is here in one convenient, simple form: application, bylaws/club rules agreement, camper registration and payment. Also new is a payment plan for those who want the convenience of paying out your membership at regular intervals.

Newly designed personalized membership cards and membership packets will be mailed out beginning April 2nd, or at such time as your membership renewal is accepted and payment is received in full.

Temporary passes will be issued by e-mail to those who want to access club grounds prior to receipt of the membership packet. In such cases, please request by emailing info@buckdaddyshuntingclub.com.

MEMBERSHIP REQUEST - BYLAWS/CLUB RULES AGREEMENT:

By submitting this form ("Application"), I request that my membership in BuckDaddys Hunting Club ("BuckDaddys") be renewed for the 2013/14 membership year.

I further state I am the person named in "Member Name" above, and that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of the 2013/2014 Bylaws and Club Rules.

I understand appropriate payment must be submitted in order for my membership to be considered for renewal, and no membership cards will be issued until monies owed

for membership are paid in full. If I am submitting a credit card payment, I am 18 years of age or older, I am an authorized user on the credit and/or debit card listed

above, and I give permission to BuckDaddys to charge the above-referenced credit or debit card to pay for the items and quantities indicated above and/or pursuant

to the Bylaws Agreement. If my Application is denied, BuckDaddys will process a refund of my initial deposit or payment within 3 business days.
