Work Weekends
(really
only a Saturday)
We will be offering different work dates depending
on property based primarily on land manager
availability
and needs. See below.
Remember, you must either attend one of the two
dates, or you may opt out
per the Bylaws. If you want to opt out, or
must opt out, please go online to make a payment
and pay your opt out fee to remain in good standing.
All opt out fees are due by September 14. If
you do not meet
your obligation to help-out or pay to opt out, your
membership will be at risk, which we hate, so please
plan
accordingly.
1400 - May 5 or September 14
300, 150, 428, 556, 1815 - May 25 or September 14
(All meet on the 556, and we will split up from
there)
2100 - April 20, May 25, or September 14
(We have an extra option this year because we will
be
installing newly fabricated gates (Thanks Patrick!)
the weekend of April 19/20 and we could use the
help!
** Please bring any equipment that you have that can
help clear, clean up, dig, and move things.
** Remember to sign in to receive credit!

A
REMINDER TO OUR MEMBERS!
1.
Always carry your credentials and sign in and out.
This is for everyone's safety! This is how we
know who is supposed to be on the property, and who
isn't!
2.
Please remember to be courteous to your fellow
members, especially at camp and around property.
This means respect each other's efforts, and
belongings. Do not disrupt a person's hunt.
Also, never take anything, in camp or anywhere on
club-property that is not yours. Violations
are considered serious infractions
and
will not be tolerated. While we don't
normally have
issues
with this, we wanted to reiterate this policy.
3.
Please keep non-hunting pets inside your campers or
at home.
Pets
tend, by nature, to mark and protect their
territories
and may
appear aggressive towards non-family
members
even when they are just acting typically. But
we are a
family-friendly environment and while we love our
furry friends,
we do
not want our children, guests, or fellow BuckDaddys
to be
uncomfortable, or scared of them. If you are
bringing a hunting dog to camp
(outside of deer season), they must remain kenneled
or caged while in camp
or on
property if not hunting. Remember to call your
land manager
in
advance of any hunting with dogs.
4.
Please remember to turn all water connections off
whenever you leave camp. Some camps offer
community water and it is up to you to make sure you
turn it off properly, and tightly, so that it can be
used by the next member. Again, just take the
time to make sure!
5.
Always please drive slowly on club grounds.
We have
children, recreational vehicles, and people on foot
that are on the same roads as you are, and we don't
want to see who wins. Please exercise safety.
6.
Remember to wear your hunter orange while hunting,
during deer season.
Its the
law!
7.
Remember, no guests are allowed on property without
BuckDaddys granting permission. This protects
our club and minimizes exposure and liability!
It also ensures that if they hunt, they agree in
writing to our Bylaws.
Violations of this policy are taken very seriously.
8.
Make sure all camp fires are extinguished
before
retiring for the night.
9.
Have a great, safe and successful time!

REMAINING SAFE
FOR EVERYONE COMES FIRST! _________________________________

THE LAND OWNER HAS VERY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS, SO WE
MUST FIGURE OUT IF WE CAN WORK WITHIN THEIR
GUIDELINES OR FIND CREATIVE OPTIONS.

PATRICK REICHEL
WITH ALL IDEAS, INQUIRIES OR QUESTIONS.

While we like to think all people follow the
law,
if you ever see a trespasser, please do the
following:
1) Take a picture of their vehicle or the person
themselves on your cell phone
(for proof of the trespass & id purposes)
2) Record any other identifying information,
including
descriptions of clothing, location, date, time,
activity
3) Call your local sheriff and/or game warden

If a person cannot provide one of these forms of ID,

they are trespassers. Do not let them
convince you otherwise.

TRASH
|
|
IT HAS COME TO
OUR ATTENTION THAT SOME MEMBERS ARE NOT
RESPECTING OUR CLUB OR THEIR
FELLOW MEMBERS AND FAMILIES.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DEBRIS,
TRASH AND/OR CANS IN OUR BEAUTIFUL WOODS,
ROADWAYS AND CAMPING AREAS
REMEMBER
Members
are REQUIRED to take ALL trash from club grounds when they
depart
No Exceptions
Those that
leave trash behind are in violation of club rules and
bylaws
PLEASE - Leave it
the same - or better - than how you found it!
IF YOU TAKE IT
IN - TAKE IT OUT!
There is simply
no beauty, no benefit, and no good in leaving bottles or
other un-perishable items behind
This is a family camp and in
teaching our children how to respect the great outdoors,
we must set a good example!
NO LITTERING OR
DUMPING IS PERMITTED - EVER!
