Camper Registration

At last, the camper registration process is online, which will simplify the process. As stated in the Bylaws, only pre-registered campers are allowed on property, without exception.  Currently, if you register your camper and pay your registration fee no later than 5/31 of each year, the Club will contribute half of the charge we are assessed for your camper being out there (currently $300 each).  If you register your camper on or after 6/1, the Club no longer will contribute to this fee and the member is responsible for 100% of it.  Violators of this policy will incur a $600 fine by the Club (which is what the Club is charged).  As such, please register your campers!  Once received, a camper permit will be issued to you and either sent via mail or email.  All camper permits MUST be visibly placed on your camper and filled out to remain in compliance.  BuckDaddys suggests you encase your filled out permit in a clear plastic zip lock bag and tape it on the exterior of your camper using weather resistant tape.  As a reminder, storage facilities charge $150/month each and every month to store a camper, so this is a great value compared to a storage facility!  Thank you for your help and your cooperation.  Note that non-registered campers must be removed or you will be fined.  IF you have any questions, please contact BuckDaddys at 817-805-2217.

I AGREE:

  1. My camper meets all requirements to be on property:  It is roadworthy (4 tires that are inflated) and capable of safely being removed in its own capacity.
  2. I agree to not abandon my camper on any BuckDaddys club property, and if I do, I agree to pay the going price for its removal by any means necessary as determined by BuckDaddys in its sole discretion.
  3. I agree to keep my camp permit on my camper at all times, and keep it legible with my name and phone number on it.
  4. I agree to incur and pay to BuckDaddys any and all fees associated with removing my camper from any BuckDaddy property.
  5. I agree if necessary, to pay Robert and/or Susan Witt the money they or the Club had to pay to remove my camper from any BuckDaddys’s property.
  6. I agree to pay any and all fines and costs incurred by BuckDaddys and/or Susan Witt and/or Robert Witt associated with my non-compliance or Bylaws violation  dd

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Please fill out the form below, and follow it through to payment.  IF it is between 1/1 – 5/31, of any given year, please submit $150.  The club will match your $150  from its own pocket.  IF it is on or after 6/1, please submit $300 as the club no longer matches 1/2 of it.  (Simply select Quantity 2 or go to other payment and select $100 x quantity 3)
  2. Once form and payment are received, a Camper Permit will be mailed or emailed to you.  (If you do not receive it within 2 weeks, please contact 817-805-2217.  Sometimes the mail does not deliver what we send.)
  3. Fill out the Permit and display it on your camper.  Please encase it in plastic if necessary so ink/information does not fade.
  4. Enjoy camping!
