Camper Registration

At last, the camper registration process is online, which will simplify the process and make it easier for everyone!  As stated in the Bylaws, only pre-registered campers are allowed on property – no exceptions.   Currently, if you have paid for your membership by May 31 of any year, your fee to register your camper is covered.  IF, however, you are doing this June 1 or later, then there is an additional $150 fee that must be paid with your camper registration (as BuckDaddys does not subsidize that after May 31).  Once paid, we will send you a camper permit to affix onto your camper (filled out of course!)  This is a landowner requirement.  Any camper out there without a sticker on it is subject to a $600 fine, which if assessed, becomes the member’s responsibility to pay.  This is part of the Club’s contractual obligation, so please fill out and stick it onto your camper or tent.  Any extra buildings or structures you bring must also be registered.  They are treated the same as campers.  We do suggest you encase your filled out camp permit in a clear plastic zip lock bag and tape it to the exterior of your camper or other structure using weather resistant tape.  As a basis for comparison, storage facilities charge between $100 and $150 per month to store a camper, so this is a great value compared to storing it!

I AGREE:

  1. My camper meets all requirements to be on property:  It is roadworthy (4 tires that are inflated) and capable of safely being moved off property through its own capacity.
  2. I agree to NOT ABANDON my camper on any BuckDaddys Club property.  If I abandon it (leave it after your membership ends or refuse to sticker it with a permit), I agree I will pay for its removal by BuckDaddys.  I give BuckDaddys to dispose of it in any manner BuckDaddys decides, in its sole discretion.
  3. I agree to keep my camp permit on my camper at all times during the membership year, and keep it legible with my name and phone number.
  4. I agree to incur and pay to BuckDaddys any and all fees or fines associated with my Camper being on Club Grounds, and/or removing it from BuckDaddys’ property.
  5. I agree to pay any and all fines and costs incurred by BuckDaddys and/or Susan Witt or Robert Witt associated with my Camper being on Club Grounds. dd

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Please fill out the form below, and if it is BEFORE June 1, you can back out of the payment page that follows its submission.
  2. IF it is ON OR AFTER June 1, please follow it through to payment.
  3. Once form and payment are received, a Camper Permit will be mailed or emailed to you.  (If you do not receive it within 2 weeks, please contact 817-805-2217.  Sometimes the mail does not deliver what we send.)
  4. Fill out the Permit and display it on your camper.  Please encase it in plastic so the ink/information does not fade.  If it fades, that = non-complaince.
  5. Enjoy camping!
